1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a purchase at artesanalrenval-6660.myshopify.com, you fully accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not make any purchases.

2. Products

All our products are handcrafted, made with genuine leather. Each piece is unique and may present slight variations in color, texture, and finish, which is characteristic of handmade products.

3. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN)
  • Prices include VAT where applicable
  • We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice
  • Payment must be completed before product shipment

4. Shipping

  • Delivery time: 1-3 business days after payment confirmation
  • We ship via Estafeta and FedEx
  • Shipments include insurance
  • The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address

5. Warranty and Returns

  • Manufacturing warranty on all our products
  • Delivery guarantee with insurance included
  • We accept size exchanges (customer pays 159 MXN for return shipping via Correos de México)
  • To request an exchange or return, contact artesanalrenval@gmail.com

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content on this site are the exclusive property of Artesanal RENVAL and are protected by Mexico's intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Artesanal RENVAL is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by the shipping company
  • Damages caused by improper use of the product
  • Natural wear and tear of the product due to normal use

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon their publication on the website.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Jalisco, Mexico.
